The rules for using Garage Pro's website, workshop app, and mobile app.
Last updated:
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of garagepro.me, the Garage Pro workshop web app, and the Garage Pro mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Garage Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Garage Pro is workshop management software for independent garages and workshop chains — covering appointments, job cards, digital vehicle inspection, estimates, parts & inventory, invoicing, staff roles, and related workflows, accessible via web browser and the Garage Pro mobile app. Features may vary by plan and may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Some features require an active paid subscription. Where applicable: prices are shown in the app/site at time of purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; and access to subscription-gated features is suspended if a subscription lapses or payment fails. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case — contact support.
We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features going forward, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the operational data you enter into the Service (job cards, customer records, invoices, etc.). You're responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having the right to collect and store any personal data about your own customers that you enter into the Service — see our Privacy Policy for how we process it on your behalf.
Optional customer-communication features (WhatsApp status updates, invoice links, the public Track Repair page) are provided as tools for you to use responsibly with your own customers' consent and expectations.
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure — including Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Cloudinary (photo hosting), email delivery providers, and WhatsApp (via standard wa.me links sent from your own device). We aren't responsible for outages or issues originating from these third-party providers, though we'll work to minimize their impact on you.
Garage Pro, its logo, and the underlying software are our property (or our licensors'). These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own workshop's operations, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control (including third-party outages) may cause downtime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time; we'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect your usage.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garage Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data handling on termination follows the Retention section of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Garage Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation in the first instance; if unresolved, through the courts or arbitration process applicable in that jurisdiction.
